THE PERFECT OUTDOOR DECK OASIS

I saved a comfy spot just for you on our newly refreshed deck! So come on in, grab yourself a drink and join us in the sun today for a tour of our summer deck refresh!

We wanted this area to feel and function more like another area in our home and I was able to create a fresh summer look in this space by simply adding a few new seasonal items.

One of the new pieces we got for this area is this new coffee table, which is going to be perfect for serving morning coffee, breakfast and lunch out here.

We also added a new blue rug and throw pillows. Outdoor rugs and throw pillows are the perfect way to add personality, help set a mood and color scheme to your outdoor space.

The two side tables compliment the space perfectly and are very helpful. Since these areas are farther away from the coffee table, side tables give everyone a spot within reach to set down a drink or plate. 

I really LOVE this sofa and loveseat! We’ve had them for  a few years now and they’ve held up so well. They not only look amazing but are also really comfortable!

We get bright afternoon sun so adding a patio umbrella was a must to keep the sun out of our yes and make the entire deck so much more comfortable on hot afternoons.

This fountain was the perfect addition to help brings this little oasis together.

Every Spring we fill our railing planters with low maintenance flowers that last until Fall and plant fresh herbs in pots. Since our deck is right off the kitchen it makes it easy to grab fresh herbs when I’m cooking.

Now you’ll know where to find me! I’ll be sitting out here enjoying the sun, the breeze and the fresh air.

Grab a new rug or door mat, a few new pillows, maybe a pretty wreath, some fresh flowers and herbs and a new planter or two to give your outdoor spaces a fresh look for Summer!
