Description

A green smoothie worth adding to your daily routine!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • LARGE handful of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup water (more if needed to reach desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

Don’t add ice cubes, it will dilute the smoothie. The best way to keep smoothies cold is to use frozen fruit.

Remember to freeze your bananas ahead of time! Let the bananas ripen, peel them, then break then in half and freeze in an airtight, freezer-friendly container.
