Ingredients

Pizza 1

  • 1 Stonefire Pizza Crusts
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 113 ounce bottle of Rao’s pizza sauce
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella
  • 1 corn on the cobb
  • 1 squash
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 34 fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Pizza 2

  • 1 Stonefire Pizza Crusts
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 113 ounce bottle of Rao’s pizza sauce
  • 24 ounce ball of burrata
  • 4 ounce package of prosciutto
  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • ¼ cup pine nuts, roasted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Pizza 1

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Arrange pizza on a prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce on top starting from the center going out.
  4. Rub corn with olive oil and the cook on grill or stove until slightly charred. Set aside to cool.
  5. Slice Squash and zucchini and then cut each slice in half.
  6. Chop avocado and set aside.
  7. Slice mozzarella and layer over pizza sauce.
  8. Layer in squash, zucchini and corn and top with a little more mozzarella. Sprinkle desired amount of salt and pepper.
  9. Bake as packaging instructs.
  10. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and top with avocado and basil leaves.

 

Pizza 2

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Arrange pizza on a prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce on top starting from the center going out.
  4. Spread an even layer of burrata on top of pizza sauce.
  5. Layer in desired amount of sliced prosciutto.
  6. Bake as package instructs.
  7. Lightly coat arugula in olive oil and top on pizza.
  8. Remove from oven. Sprinkle salt and pepper and top with pine nuts.  

To roast pine nuts –

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Layer pine nuts evenly on a sheet pan and roast on middle rack until golden about 8 minutes.
