Ingredients
- Candy Melting Pot or microwave safe bowl
- Molding wafers (white)
- Jumbo Marshmallows
- Candy sticks
- Sprinkles (purple, orange, green & white)
- Candy eyes
- Icing (white)
- Ribbon
Instructions
- Melt candy wafers in melting pot. Once melted turn setting to keep warm. If you’re not using a melting pot, use a glass bowl to melt wafers in the microwave at 50% power in 30 second increments until melted. Be careful not to burn.
- For monster marshmallows: Dip knife in melted wafers and spread around top and half way down each marshmallow while holding the bottom. Let stand 5 minutes. (note: if you allow them to sit too long the chocolate will harden too much so keep an eye on them)
- For ghost marshmallows: Dip knife in melted wafers and spread around top and all the way down and around each marshmallow Let stand 5 minutes. (note: if you allow them to sit too long the chocolate will harden too much so keep an eye on them)
- Once the marshmallows have cooled slightly, but are still sticky, cover with desired sprinkles. Pat sprinkles down carefully. While still holding the marshmallow insert the candy stick and set on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Use white icing to add candy eyes.
- Let stand for 30 minutes to harden.
- Tie ribbon around each stick and serve.
