Christmas Tablescape

Oh Christmas, how I love you.

I truly love everything about Christmas- the twinkling lights, the smell of gingerbread, the fresh scent of of holiday greenery, watching Christmas movies with my family, hot chocolate, Christmas music and of course the decorations.

Such a magical time, deserves a magical table. Setting a beautifully decorated table is one of my favorite ways to celebrate Christmas!

Today I’m sharing all the details to this elegant table that really is so easy to set.

First, I started with this tablecloth. The holly and berry detail is so stunning, the picture really doesn’t do it justice!

I then added these gorgeous holiday plates and laid the folded napkin in between the dinner and salad plates.

This gold silverware is one of my all-time favorites! I use them often throughout the year.

I layered a garland in the center of the table from one end to the other and nestled in the reindeer starting with one on each end.

I love any excuse to light candles, but I especially love them on a table. These mercury glass candlesticks are some of my favorites and I use them over and over throughout the seasons, they are so versatile. I used different heights to create more visual interest and nestled them into the garland as well.

To finish it off, I added water goblets to each place setting and topped each plate with a lighted white ceramic house ornament. I purchased these last year and they are no longer available, but any small ornament will do.
