With Mother’s Day right around the corner, I wanted to share a little entertaining inspiration. Whether you’re entertaining the mothers in your life or a group of girlfriends, these simple, elevated snacks and gorgeous table setting will make anyone feel special. No matter what kind of spring entertaining you have planned, we have a few sweet ways to make your table special. Nothing overwhelming, just simple touches, homemade floral centerpieces, and easy recipes that come together to make a gorgeous tablescape that your mom will love!
When I think about Mother’s Day, I think light and sweet. Delicate colors and fresh flavors. Delicious berries, tea sandwiches, some baked goods, and gorgeous pastel roses.
These food items are relatively quick and easy to prepare and look amazing on the table! Add a few micro-greens and herbs to elevate your presentation.
I found these delicious donuts at Whole Foods.
For drinks, I served hot tea and homemade lemonade.
Think of a simple setting with elevated additions! I love these dinner plates with a gorgeous floral trim from Williams Sonoma. I used the matching tea set as well; they add just the right touch of elegance.
I was so excited planning for this luncheon and even more excited with the way that it all came together. I love any reason to celebrate the strong, beautiful women in my life – but love it even more when I get the chance to have them all together in one place. I hope this post provides all of the inspiration that you need for this Mother’s Day!
